  • How do I book a room?

You may book a room via WhatsApp, E-mail or at the reception.

  • Does your staff speak English?

Mozambique is a Portuguese speaking country and Stay Inn tries to facilitate all our guests. If you need assistance in English with regards to anything you may message us on WhatsApp (+258 85 278 9335) and we will gladly assist you. 

  • What mode of payments are available?

We accept VISA card, Cash (USD, RANDS, METICAIS), M-Pesa and PayPal.

  • Do you offer Discounts for Companies and long-term stays?

Yes, we do! Simply WhatsApp us on (+258) 85 278 9335 for inquiries or e-mail: reservations@stayinnhotel.net

  • Do you offer airport pick up and drop off?

Yes, please consult at reception or WhatsApp/E-mail.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

Our check-in time is 2PM onwards. We will gladly provide you access to your room earlier if possible. Guests must check out by noon 12PM.

  • Can I store my luggage after my check-out time?

Of course you can! We can store your luggage if needed at no additional cost.

  • Can I keep my room after the standard check out time?

Stay Inn does whatever it can to keep its guests satisfied. We will gladly hold your room until 2PM, on check out day, this is subject to availability and for a fee of 1,500 Meticais. Kindly inquire at the reception for further information.

  • What are your housekeeping timings?

Rooms are cleaned from 09AM – 2PM daily. 

  • Where can we park our vehicle?

We have parking available at the back gate and front gate from 8PM – 7AM. Please Park your car in a reversed manner and the guard will assist our guest. You may also choose street parking which is safe.

  • Is there Wi-Fi in every room?

High speed wireless internet is offered for free in all the rooms. Wi-Fi password is provided at the notice board and reception.

  • Is breakfast included in our stay? If so, at what time is it served?

Yes, complimentary breakfast is served on weekdays from 07AM to 09AM and 07AM to 09.30AM weekends.

  • Is there a restaurant on location?

We only serve soft drinks, water and alcoholic beverages which may be enjoyed in your room or the outside area. However, within a short walking distance, you’ll have access to a wide variety of restaurants. You may also order food from outside restaurants and get it deliver to your room.

  • Do your rooms include a workspace?

Each of our rooms have a work desk along with free access to Wi-Fi. You can print documents at the reception (20 Meticais per page). 

  • Do you offer laundry services?

Yes, we do from 08AM – 1PM. Please fill out the laundry form and hand it over to the receptionist and we will gladly sort it out for you.

  • Is there an elevator?

Our three-story establishment does not have an elevator.

  • Can I request an additional bed for a third person in a double occupancy room?

We do not allow extra beds in the room. 

  • Can I smoke in the establishment?

No. Our hotel is a 100 % non-smoking establishment. We want to offer our customers a healthy environment. Failing to cooperate will result in a severe fine. In addition, possession and consumption of cannabis or any other drugs are prohibited on the entire site.

  • How can I contact the manager?

You may contact the Manager on WhatsApp and the manager will gladly assist you.
